We are looking for an Account Manager to fully develop, expand and manage global accounts for the Dolce brand within the French market.  We are looking for a goal driven sales leader who is skillful in business development. This person must be experienced in customer facing activities including but not limited to structured business reviews, attendance at key customer meetings and general sales calls.

· Develop comprehensive strategic account plans with key account initiatives that are developed in response to key customer needs that will lead to delivery of group business for Dolce Hotels and Resorts worldwide. This position is also responsible for understanding each customer’s key business objectives.

· Lead the business development and relationship activities for a defined group of top global customers identified as customers with ability to utilize multiple Dolce Hotels and Resorts.

· Mine for business - gain deep customer knowledge about the vertical market and the specific account, Identify decision makers within the companies and be able to work directly with these decision makers as a strategic partner.   Bring business to contract and develop and execute mutually agreeable contracts including Master Contracts that result in better business relationships for Dolce and said customer.

· Work with the designated 3rd party agencies with an ability to sell the intermediaries to utilize Dolce Hotels and Resorts with recognition that the intermediaries are not the primary decision makers.

· Build strong strategic partnerships within assigned customer organizations up to and including relationships up to Director/ Executive level.

· Develop& deliver business presentations

· Attend key customer meetings and general sales calls

· Participate in key industry trade shows within the assigned market(s) that align with providing visibility to a wide group of customers for the sellers managed accounts.

· Work with cross functional corporate teams to execute initiatives. This includes working with Legal for contracts, working with IT for technology improvement programs, Distribution, Field Marketing, Development for purpose of sharing customer business opportunities, Accounting/Finance.

· Maintain current knowledge of competition and local market trends to assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.

· Develop & maintain effective relationships at the Dolce property level in order to bring service issues to light and to ensure that effective resolution is taken to allow for the development of a strong repeat base of business.

· Provide guidance and support to General Managers and Directors of Sales & Marketing within the organization. Is the subject matter expert on the customer markets and specific organizations.


· College Degree with a minimum of 5 years business and specifically selling experience within the hospitality industry

· Strong Presentation skills

· Strong Verbal and Written Skills and Communication

· Knowledge of Delphi or equivalent sales and marketing software.

· Proven ability to foster relationships with key third party vendors, political and community organizations

· Demonstrated analytical ability and financial acumen

· Knowledge and understanding of revenue management

Missions générales:

Il/Elle est responsable de la production de Chiffres d’affaires de l’Hôtel avec la connaissance de Hôtel, de la mise en place des actions et activités dans le but d’atteindre les objectifs fixés dans le plan d’action du bureau des ventes en répondant ou dépassant les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires fixés.

Il/Elle est responsable de la bonne marche du bureau de ventes internes et des résultats efficaces obtenus par son équipe

Il/elle est impliqué dans l’optimisation des résultats de l’entreprise ainsi que dans l’atteinte des objectifs économiques, opérationnels et qualitatifs fixés pour l’hôtel, notamment par la commercialisation, la gestion et la fidélisation de comptes et secteurs Clés

Responsabilités :

Il/Elle participe à l’élaboration du plan annuel du chiffre d’affaires basé sur la recherche et l'analyse du marché dans les différents segments, données historiques, et conditions économiques.

The Director of Finance plays an ongoing role in the creation, execution, and refinement of profitable financial strategies designed to maximize opportunities for Dolce Frégate, while also ensuring excellence in the Company’s day-to-day financial accounting, reporting, analytical and planning functions as well as integration of best practices.

The essential functions include:

- Provide effective leadership to ensure complete accountability for financial and overall Accounting Department performance

- Achieve organizational excellence through coaching and mentoring management team to drive new revenue streams; while balancing fiscal responsibilities

- Partner with leadership team to achieve hotel goals of flawless care of the customer, delivering on the brand promise and ensuring financial responsibility (Customer Satisfaction ~ Employee Satisfaction ~ Business Results)

- Ensures compliance regarding all financial practices and regulations

- Produce monthly financial statements, monthly forecasts, cash flow statements and other mandated hotel corporate reports in a consistently timely manner

- Manage the annual budgeting process and produce final submissions along with necessary supporting documentation and justifications

- Participate in weekly revenue/yield management strategy meetings

- Oversees the operation of the accounting, purchasing, and night audit staff

- Supervises and coordinates external audit processes

- Manages cash flow for the property

Job Requirements

- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Controller at a mid-size hotel & conference center

- Bachelor Degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business

- Strong understanding of tax regulations and reporting requirements

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills required

- Demonstrated sense of urgency

- Results oriented with an emphasis on both individual and team accountability. Has led a diverse staff

- Working knowledge of French laws and regulations

- Strong orientation to quality, accuracy, and timeliness

Food and Beverage

Position Summary

To clean the entire kitchen area.

Essential Functions


Cleans the total kitchen to include food service carts, walk-in coolers, freezers, service elevators, and loading dock area.


Performs ware washing tasks on soiled dishes from the restaurant, banquet, and room service outlets, through the use of the dish machine.


Performs the tasks required for washing pots, pans, and other equipment which must be washed by hand in the pot sinks.


Maintains the dish machine.


Performs routine daily maintenance of kitchen.


Cleans and polishes silver and copper chafing dishes, trays, etc. Burnishes all silver as necessary.


Sweeps and mops the kitchen floor as necessary to maintain a sanitary environment for food preparation.


Remove all garbage, boxes, etc. from the main kitchen and purchasing area as necessary.


Maintains food and beverage service equipment in an organized manner.


Plates hot banquet food as required.
